Tennera (New Age RP City)

Demon hears a commotion in the tunnels and runs towards the male that summoned the hell hounds.
Hey what is going on? I yell as i run towards the male that summoned the hell hounds inside the tunnel.
I stop dead in my tracks as i see Haribaku and another duelist surrounding someone on a duel runner.

Mikhail walked before a large rally of men and women and children in the centre of the town of Tennera. It was a beautiful Spring morning in April. Birds chirped in the sky, they all fluttered their way across the clouds. The sun shone in this morning, brightening the day. Mikhail walked before everyone with a smile on his face. He stood with the sun behind him, it shining upon his body as his hands rose to the sky. Something glittered in his right hand, blindingly beautiful. Mikhail then began speaking. " My comrades, my friends, my family. Today is a righteous day. What I have before you is something that has been lost to time and recovered, something that will help us in our campaign. This," He brought the glittering item down to his own body so the rays of the sun did not shine off of it, therefore letting it be seen by the public. " is a Millennium item. It is the Millenium scale. This is the scale of truth, where all those who oppose us will be judged by the scale. All people shall be weighed against the feather of Ma'at. If the person has a heart of darkness, the scale will drop. If the person lies to the scale, the scale shall drop. If the scale drops too far, the person being judged shall die, being eaten by the beast Ammit. " The male Mikhail put the scale to his chest. " I am being judged by the scale right now. " The scale stands there without movement. " I am a man of righteous heart. I am a man who wants to save the world. " Naval men then brought a man covered in dried blood to the stage before the Tennerians. " This man is a suspected part of the Rebellion. " The people of Tennera then began shouting in a disgruntled fashion, clearly upset by the fact that there was rebels in their midst. Mikhail put the scale to the rebel's chest and the scale tilted. " THIS SHOWS THAT REBELS HAVE EVIL IN THEIR HEARTS! The people of the Rebellion are evil and wish to gain power so that they can control you! Do not allow them to fool you! I AM YOUR SAVIOR! I am here for the people of Tennera! The people of the world! Help me and we can save the world from tyranny! " The crowd before Mikhail roared. He looked down at the rebel and spoke softly into his ear. " I will let the people decide what is done with you. " Mikhail smiled. The rebel then spat in his face. Mikhail swiftly brought the tip of his foot across the rebel, chips of his teeth scattering across the ground. Mikhail turned back to the people of Tennera. " WHAT DO YOU WANT DONE WITH THIS REBEL? I SHALL LET YOU DECIDE! " There was an ominous silence for a few seconds. After this silence, one man spoke. Another man joined, then another and another. Soon the entire crowd was chanting two words. " No prisoners. No prisoners. " The Naval guards simply smiled. Mikhail walked to the guard holding the rebel to the right and snatched his combat knife from the guard's sheath. Mikhail put the blade to the rebel's throat and then shouted to all the people of Tennera. " FOR FREEDOM, FOR PEACE, FOR THE WORLD! " The crowd of Tennerians repeated exactly what Mikhail said, in unison. " FOR FREEDOM, FOR PEACE, FOR THE WORLD! " Mikhail then brought the blade across the rebel's neck, severing his throat. Blood spilled across the stage. Mikhail then walked off to his living quarters and the people of Tennera shouted in glee.

-Meanwhile-
Professor Cyber is watching from the shadows and is in disguise, watching the blood of the rebel flow from his neck. He was disgusted for such reckless taking of life, even so reckless as to reveal the Millennium Scale, an item so rare and treasured. This is a perfect opportunity for him to steal the item for the Crusade.
Professor Cyber: You arrogant fool, now many seeking its dark power will come after you *sigh*, might as well forge a plan to rid him of that item. I will need to hire a spy or at least someone with high enough ability to steal it from him.
He proceeds to think of a plan to take item.
Professor Cyber: hmm.. I need to contact Haribaku, he might have somebody with higher ablility but he is in another city and I don't think he will come or answer my calls... looks like I am going to have to get it myself.
Later that day at night, after scouting the area from in the shadows using a cloaking technology made from alloy of the monster Super Vehicroid - Stealth Union, he learns 2 very important details.
Professor Cyber: *There seems to be a new station belonging to the Navy over every quarter mile, they made those extremely fast. Within each quarter mile there are 2 guard patrols that scan the area relentlessly. *Sigh* thankfully I made this prototype cloaking device, im such a-
The device fails...
Professor Cyber: ... OH ****, OH ****!!
The Professor worried and was in distress. He then gets his phone than calls Haribaku, in hopes for him answering.
Professor Cyber: Nothing *sigh* if only..... he than sees the local Tennera bar the Shameless Harpie Lady.
