Important Question for the Forum!

This is something I believe I should do a little research for and see what everyone else thinks before I make any large and drastic changes. Here is the question:

If you could change anything or rather, add anything to our humble little home of a Forum, what would you add and why?

This is just something that I thought I'd ask for the sake of visual appearance and comfort, trying to make everything a little more interesting and change the place up just a bit. All suggestions and comments are welcome. No thought or suggestion in a brainstorming session is considered a stupid one, so don't be afraid to throw your two cents in!

I suggest making the forum fancier like change the banner, make the cursor look different, update some of the forums, (like introductions and E,T,C) and so on and so forth. Also I suggest making the site more cleaner like the background, don't know what I am talking about? - https://i.imgur.com/7gMOmZg.png - Also I just want to say I have been looking at some academies, and their shit is really clean and matches what they want to match. and so I would like to give out more suggestions I think this is enough

Um another thing though is that often people who fist join don't know what to do or where to go Beginers manual? And make it EASY TO SEE. IN PLAIN VIEW.
When i first joined i did not scroll down to intro and i wasn not funna read all dat lol.
Explain how it works how fun we are and welocme them LIKE A GOLDEN TICKET OF LOVE.

I was thinking for our 1 year anniversary we could redesign the banner to the forum with a new style to sorta change are look.

I suggest making a room called "SHADOW REALM" so you could instantly put ppl who constantly bicker about things nobody else gives a fuck about, that way they can argue all they want there. proly coded as: / (insertname) shadowrealm
