Duelist Kingdom Tournament?!

I've been thinking of ways to add to the dueling experience for this academy and I thought it would be interesting to see who here is the King of Games.

Rule's for the tourny are as follows and tell me if you think it would be fun.

Both players start off with 2000lp.
You can summon monsters in face up defense mode or set them.
Burn cards are not allowed.
Exodia is not allowed.
Only one monster can attack per turn.
You can not attack directly.
If you make no effort to summon a monster for three consecutive turns you lose the duel.
Spell cards/trap cards must stay on the field for their effects to go through in a chain. (The whole MST negates rule is applied.)
You can normal summon level 5 or higher monsters from your hand without tributes.(Unless the card states otherwise.)
